Test Method
High Temperature Storage Test is a test that assesses how the product is affected during long periods of high temperature storage. Electrical stress is not applied and is similar to the Stabilization Bake (Mil-Std-883 Method 1008) test, but the HTS test takes much more time (Stab Bake: 24h @ 150°C). While, Stabilization Bake is used as a screen role or as a precondition for other tests, HTS aims to evaluate the long-term reliability of the product. The Low Temperature Storage (LTS) test is also used for the same purpose, but under low temperature conditions.
