Introduction
The Parameter Analyzer device is used to measure the electrical properties of the sample and analyze the Open, Short, and High/Low Leakage failure modes. This equipment can be applied with a maximum voltage of 40V and a current of 100mA. The analysis procedure and equipment to be used are designed based on the electrical failure mode determined by the characteristic measurement. Hence, this is an important analytic consideration before conducting non-destructive or destructive analysis.
