To reduce burden of tuition fees, we support the entire tuition fee of children enrolled in middle school, high school and university. We also provide entrance fees for children enrolled in Kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school.

We provide bank loans for employees who seek to purchase or rent a house. The company financially supports monthly interest so that our employees can prepare their own house faster.

By paying annual points to the QRT employee-only welfare portal site, you can receive welfare bene ts of your choice, such as travel, books, show tickets, and gifts, at various online shops.

In addition to annual paid leave, QRT provides up to six extra paid leave days per year, allowing employees to use them flexibly according to their personal needs.

Members who have worked for a multiple of 5 years are provided remuneration, 4 days additional leave per year and a 4-night and 6-day trip to Hawaii (accommodation fee, airfare provided).

Employees can choose their own working hours! QRT operates a flexible work schedule system that allows employees to work according to their preferred schedules, as long as they fulfill the required monthly working hours and are present during core hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

To promote employee well-being and foster a healthier and happier work culture, QRT shortens core working hours until 12:00 PM on the second Friday of every month.
